Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the qrbon.io website, the Qrbon Ops mobile application and all related services (the “Service”). The Service is owned and operated by ZiyaraGo Technologies. This is a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and the Company. By using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

1. Description of services

Qrbon is an IT platform providing venue owners (cafés, restaurants, shops, delivery operations) with tools: a QR storefront, an order system, billing, POS and marketplace integrations, and a mobile application for operators and couriers. Qrbon is not the seller of goods or services to the end guest — the venue owner is.

2. Account and access

Registration requires accurate information. A single user may create an unlimited number of venues within their plan. The user is responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all actions taken under their account.

3. Subscription, plans and payment

• Plans: Start, Standard, Premium, Business. Current prices on qrbon.io/pricing.
• Trial: 14 days of full Premium for free, no card, no commitment. After that — Start by default or upgrade.
• Period: 1 / 3 / 12 months (−15% and −30% discounts respectively).
• Setup fee: charged for Start / Standard / Premium; waived on 12-month plans.
• Payment methods: bank transfer (legal entities), Payme and Click (Uzbekistan), mada and Apple Pay (KSA).

4. Cancellation and refunds

• You can change plans any time in one click; the difference is pro-rated and credited to your balance;
• Full refund — within the first 14 days of a paid period;
• Pro-rated on downgrade;
• Setup fee is non-refundable if onboarding work has been performed.

5. Acceptable use

You must not: use the Service for unlawful purposes; sell goods or services prohibited by your local law; attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or platform infrastructure; rate-flood or DDoS the API; share credentials without authorisation.

6. Intellectual property

All rights to the software, design, Qrbon and ZiyaraGo trademarks and related materials belong to the Company. Content uploaded by the user (menus, photos, descriptions) remains the user's property; the user grants the Company a non-exclusive license to host and display this content as part of operating the Service.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. The Company makes no warranty of uninterrupted operation and is not liable for indirect damages, lost profit or loss arising from use or inability to use the Service. The Company's maximum aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount the user has actually paid in the preceding 12 months.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Makkah.

9. Changes to terms

The Company may amend these Terms. Material changes take effect no earlier than 7 days after publication on the site and/or in the app. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
